Roberto Valdez
A licensed EngineerArchitect in Mexico, Roberto is the founding principal and design director of Daoen Studio. His early career across Mexico and later in the United States provided a strong luxury and commercial foundation, but over time, his focus shifted inward, toward understanding how spaces are felt rather than imposed. Through years of practice, reflection, and lived experience, his approach evolved from control toward listening, balance, and intuition, evolving into the Daoen way.
Joyce Zhu
With a background in Fashion Marketing and early experience in real estate, Joyce brings a curator’s eye for what is both trending and timeless. Her instinct for style, refinement, and market insight allows her to bridge imagination with execution, becoming the link between the what-if and the what-is.
Claudia Marcela
A graduate Interior Designer with years of experience in kitchen design and event planning, Claudia is the anchor of our Mexico operations. She oversees quality assurance and client concierge services, ensuring that every project runs seamlessly and everybody feels supported.
Moises Paredes
A Licensed Architect from Guadalajara and a former youth professional soccer player, Moisés brings discipline, focus, and a results-driven mindset to his role as BIM Manager and Project Coordinator in our Mexico office. He oversees the technical development of our projects, ensuring precision in modeling, coordination, and construction documentation.
